A short letter to my Son and Daughter,
You are amazing and beautiful people. You represent the best parts of my life. I may not have always given you the best parts of mine, but I try hard. This blog is an opportunity for me to share things I have learned or experienced on my life's journey. While it leans heavy in the professional realm of life, there will be personal observations and learnings. I don't always do the best job sharing this stuff in everyday conversation, but I hope you have witnessed some of it first hand and take what I share with you here as something to consider along your own life's journey.
You have accomplished and grown as leaders so much already. I am so proud of you. Never stop growing and help others grow along the way. One of life's greatest gifts is helping others be better.
